1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and menara4d ("Platform", "we" or "Company"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the website, mobile application, games, services, and all content provided by menara4d.

By completing the registration process, clicking the "Agree" button, depositing funds, or simply browsing our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this document.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Menara4d services are exclusively available to individuals aged 18 and above. We enforce this policy strictly through identity verification (KYC) during registration and during withdrawal processing. Any attempt to register by an underage individual will result in immediate account termination and all funds in that account will be forfeited without exception.

2.2 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at menara4d. This includes one account per IP address, per residential address, per phone number, per bank account number, and per device. Violations of this rule will result in suspension or termination of all associated accounts, and all fund balances may be forfeited upon completion of the investigation.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. This includes your full name as per your identification document, date of birth, a valid email address, and an active mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is a serious breach of these terms and may result in account termination without notice.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

Menara4d reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of your MyKad or passport, proof of address, and other supporting documents. The KYC process is mandatory before your first withdrawal is processed or when your account balance exceeds a specified limit. Failure to complete KYC within the stipulated period will result in withdrawals being held until verification is complete.

3 Account Security and Password

You are solely responsible for the security of your login credentials, including your username and password. menara4d recommends that you:

• Using a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account security settings
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members
• Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account

Menara4d will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. All activity carried out using your login credentials will be deemed as your own actions.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Menara4d accepts a variety of deposit and withdrawal methods including local bank transfer (all major Malaysian banks), DuitNow Transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and USDT (cryptocurrency). All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), except for USDT which is processed at the prevailing exchange rate.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account registered under the same name as your menara4d account. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. This is a protective measure to prevent money laundering and to safeguard your funds.

Menara4d aims to process all withdrawals within the timeframes stated above. However, processing times may be longer under certain circumstances such as additional security reviews, outstanding KYC requirements, or bank-side technical disruptions. 5 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by menara4d are subject to specific wagering requirements. These requirements must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn as cash. 5.2 Welcome Bonus

The welcome bonus is available exclusively to new members making their first deposit. Each individual, IP address, device, and bank account is eligible for the welcome bonus only once. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus more than once through multiple account registrations will result in the termination of all accounts involved.

5.3 Use of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be used for wagering in accordance with the specified wagering requirements. Bonus funds and cash are held separately in your account. As such, winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to different withdrawal conditions than winnings from your own cash balance.

5.4 Bonus Withdrawal Limits

6 General Betting and Gaming Rules

All games and betting activities on menara4d are conducted in accordance with established rules. Results generated by our gaming system are final and binding. menara4d uses a random number generator (RNG) that has been audited and certified by an independent body to ensure every game outcome is fair and cannot be manipulated.

• Any confirmed bet cannot be cancelled or altered once it has been accepted by the system
• Menara4d reserves the right to void or cancel any bet in the event of a significant technical error or system disruption
• Any wins obtained during a proven technical disruption may be voided following an investigation
• The use of automation software, bots or any tool that provides an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited
• Colluding with other players to cheat or manipulate game outcomes is a serious violation

7 Prohibited Activities and Usage Restrictions

Using the menara4d platform for the following purposes is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and legal action:

• Money Laundering: Using the platform to launder money or transfer illegal funds
• Identity Fraud: Registering using another person's identity or false information
• Hacking & Exploitation: Attempting to hack, exploit bugs or manipulate the system
• Multiple Accounts: Registering more than one account to obtain bonuses or unfair advantages
• Collusion Betting: Colluding with other players to manipulate games or betting outcomes
• VPN Usage: Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location in order to bypass geo-restrictions
• Account Sale: Selling, transferring or renting your menara4d account to another party

8 Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Termination at User Request

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Before the account is closed, all KYC requirements must be completed and any eligible balance will be returned to your registered bank account within 5 to 7 business days.

8.2 Termination by menara4d

Menara4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any term within this document
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

8.3 Self-Exclusion

As part of menara4d's commitment to responsible gambling, you may apply for a temporary self-exclusion (30 days, 90 days or 180 days) or a permanent self-exclusion. During the self-exclusion period, your account will be blocked from all betting activities and you will not receive any marketing materials from us.

9 Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

Menara4d provides this platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, menara4d disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Menara4d shall not be liable for:

• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, server failures, or natural disasters
• Indirect, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use of our platform
• Actions or omissions by third parties including game providers, banks, or payment service providers

10 Amendments to Terms and Applicable Law

10.1 Right to Amend

Menara4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on our platform. We will endeavour to notify you via email or in-platform notification of any material changes.

10.2 Your Obligations

It is your responsibility to review this Terms and Conditions page periodically to ensure you remain compliant with the latest version. Continued use of the menara4d platform after any amendments are published will be considered your acceptance of the revised terms.

10.3 Governing Law

This agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which menara4d holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules.

10.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable or ineffective by a competent tribunal, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
